By creating an account on Paintball Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you will not be able to use the app.

2. Description of Service

Paintball Hub is a peer-to-peer marketplace where users can buy and sell paintball equipment. We do not process payments, hold funds, or guarantee any transaction.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safety of any listing you post. By posting a listing, you confirm that you have the legal right to sell the item and that the item is legal to sell in your jurisdiction and the buyer's jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited Items

The following may not be listed or sold on Paintball Hub:

  • Items that are illegal to sell or own under applicable law
  • Real firearms or firearm components
  • Illegally modified markers or equipment
  • Stolen goods
  • Counterfeit or misrepresented items
  • Any item that violates Apple App Store guidelines

5. No Payment Processing

Paintball Hub does not process payments and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We offer no buyer or seller protection. All payment disputes are between the buyer and seller directly.

6. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any listing, post, or account at our sole discretion, including for violations of these terms, without prior notice.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paintball Hub and its owner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your listings, or your violation of these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of listings, or the conduct of other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paintball Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
