How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@paintball-hub.com with the subject "Delete my account" from your registered email address. We will remove your account and associated data within 7 days.
How do I report a listing or user?
Use the "Report listing" or "Report this user" button inside the app on any listing or profile page. Our team reviews all reports.
I have a billing or subscription question.
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel or manage your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. For other billing questions, contact us at support@paintball-hub.com.
A transaction went wrong. Can you help?
Paintball Hub does not process payments — all transactions happen directly between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction and cannot intervene in payment disputes. Please resolve disputes directly with the other party.
